To recognize the very best among its 20,000-person sales organization, our client reimagined its recognition strategy with the launch of Top Club—an elevated incentive experience created exclusively for its highest-performing associates. Designed to go beyond the company's regional President's Club programs, the inaugural Top Club gathered this elite group at Four Seasons Resort Hualālai in Kona, Hawaii for a week worthy of their extraordinary achievement.

Guests immersed themselves in the destination through oceanfront mixology and aromatherapy workshops, Zodiac raft excursions, snorkeling, UTV tours, championship golf, ziplining, and cloud forest explorations. The experience culminated with a spectacular sunset celebration at Hoku Amphitheatre, featuring Hawaiian conch shell blowers, live island music, a Samoan fire knife performance, and a menu showcasing the flavors of Hawaii. The whole program was built to distinguish Top Club as the pinnacle of recognition while creating meaningful connections in one of the world's most stunning island destinations.
