The 2025 Exceptional Manager Award marked the inaugural year of our client’s newest recognition event, honoring experienced managers whose leadership, business results, and commitment to developing high-performing teams set them apart. Hosted alongside the 2025 EMEA President's Club through an exclusive buyout of Reid's Palace, A Belmond Hotel, the event was intentionally scaled for a much smaller audience, allowing for more intimate conversations, executive engagement, and meaningful recognition.

While both audiences shared the same resort during the same dates, every aspect of the guest experience was independently designed and carefully orchestrated to maintain each event's unique identity. Dedicated hospitality areas, separate function spaces, distinct branding, customized itineraries, and precise operational planning ensured both groups enjoyed a seamless experience without overlap, despite sharing a single buyout property.

Exceptional Manager Award winners balanced time to connect with peers and senior leaders through a focused associate meeting, smaller hosted activities including Levada walks, 4x4 adventures, winery visits, and spa experiences, and intimate dinners that celebrated both individual achievement and the importance of the people who supported their success. The result was an event that felt genuinely personal while showcasing TPG's ability to execute two complex, concurrent events as one flawless operation.
