TPG was selected to support the client and its DMC partner on a global event for 200 C-suite energy executives from around the world, with attendees predominantly from Japan, other parts of Asia, and France. As the client’s first experience working with an agency partner, TPG brought a depth of expertise and breadth of talent that client feedback has credited with significantly improving the planning and execution process.

TPG’s services included event registration consulting, event design, creative collateral in both English and Japanese, and on-site execution.

TPG was especially lauded for its ability to assemble a culturally trained travel staff, including several team members fluent in Japanese. This expertise helped ensure a seamless, best-in-class experience thoughtfully tailored to the cultural nuances and expectations of this high-touch global audience.
