The 2025 Star Dental Partners Leadership Summit marked the inaugural year of our client's doctor leadership event, bringing 150 guests to Dallas for general sessions, breakouts, and the chance to build authentic connections across the partnership. They entrusted us with the entire production, from proposal development through financial reconciliation.
Working as an extension of our client's team, TPG built a custom registration site to accommodate multiple contact types with different requirements, alongside air booking, hotel booking, and session selection. In addition, we managed all creative elements from on-site print materials to the branded items included in sponsor packages. Our team thoughtfully designed every piece guests touched, from the curated welcome gifts to the branded awards presented at the ceremony.
A detailed, minute-by-minute show flow guided the general sessions and the awards dinner. On-site, the team handled arrival transfers, hospitality desk, session rehearsals, food and beverage, and a golf tournament, attending to every detail across all three days.
TPG also created the sponsorship prospectus and managed sponsorship communication, fulfillment, and the on-site expo. Twenty of the twenty-one packages sold, and a sponsor has already committed to the top-tier package for the next Summit.
