On a Mexican coast of low jungle, warm shallow water, and rich Maya history, we opened the second year of the Exceptional Manager Award at Fairmont Mayakoba to recognize leaders from across the client’s global organization. While held concurrently with the Americas President's Club, the event maintained its own identity through a completely independent agenda and programming designed exclusively for top-performing managers.
