This intimate gathering brought together organizations doing some of the most interesting, effective and pragmatic policy and political work happening across the states today. Designed to foster relationships and create connections across organizations, the event gave attendees space to learn from one another while exploring the diverse strategies, people and perspectives required to drive durable policy change.

Nashville provided a meaningful backdrop for the gathering, grounding attendees in a state where much of this work is actively underway. Throughout the event, participants engaged with local leaders working on the ground in Tennessee, bringing firsthand perspective to the opportunities, barriers and dynamics shaping policy and political work across the state.

The setting itself added another layer of connection to place. Hosted in a former Nashville sock factory once operated by a female workforce, the historic venue offered a fitting backdrop for conversations centered on community, leadership and creating meaningful change.
