Please read this Responsibility Statement carefully before you start using the Services (as defined in the attached The Parallax Group Terms of Use).  By using the Services or by clicking “I agree” to this Responsibility Statement, you, for yourself and on behalf of your guest(s), are accepting and agreeing to be bound by the terms set forth below. If you do not want to agree to this Responsibility Statement, you must not access or use the Services.

Parallax, its affiliates, and their respective owners, shareholders, directors, members, managers, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Parallax Parties”) maintain no control over any third-party supplier that will provide accommodations and/or other services as part of the Services.  In consideration of the Services performed by Parallax in reliance hereof, you, for yourself, your guest(s), and each of your and their heirs, hereby agree to forever, unequivocally and unconditionally, waive and release the Parallax Parties from and against any and all claims, actions, causes of action, suits, judgements, liabilities, damages, losses, of any kind or nature whatsoever, including but not limited to, attorneys’ fees and costs, property damage, and/or personal injury (including death), arising from or in connection with any acts or omissions of any such third-party suppliers, or from any other cause, condition, or event beyond the direct control of the Parallax Parties.
